When we examine your eyes, we refuse to cut corners. We always schedule ample time so you will never feel rushed. We provide complete eye care for both adults and children. Our comprehensive eye examinations check your eyes inside and out for glaucoma, cataracts and all other eye diseases as well as high blood pressure, diabetes and other systemic diseases. Your visual skills and abilities are carefully evaluated and we pride ourselves on the accuracy of our eyeglass prescriptions.

Technology is rapidly changing the eye care industry. We utilize the latest in diagnostic equipment and are committed to keeping up with whatever advances will come next.

Our services include:

  • Comprehensive Eye Exams
Learn more about what problems can be spotted with an eye exam, what’s involved in a comprehensive exam, and special considerations for kids and contacts.
  • Pediatric Eye Exams
Early identification of a child's vision problem is crucial.
  • Cataract Surgery Referrals
Dr. Green has personally performed pre and post-operative care on thousands of cataract patients.  Not only can he determine if you need cataract surgery, but he can recommend the perfect lens implant to suit your lifestyle and budget.  There are several lens implant options that can give you independence from glasses.  Dr. Green has referral relationships with many area eye surgeons to care for your cataract surgery needs.
  • Dry Eye Treatment
Dry Eye Syndrome (DES) is more accurately described as ocular surface disease because its symptom is often times not just dryness. Many times it will present as excessive tearing. DES is one of the most common complaints we hear during an eye exam. In fact, over 10 million Americans suffer from DES. It is caused by an insufficiency in either tear film quantity or quality.
  • Glaucoma Testing and Treatment
Glaucoma testing involves measuring internal eye pressure and a detailed scan of the retina for signs of disease.  If your eye examination indicates that you are at risk of having or developing glaucoma, Dr. Green will order additional tests to make a final diagnosis.  These additional tests include computerized testing of your visual field or peripheral vision and a scan of your optic nerve with a special instrument called an OCT.  Our office is equipped with the latest technology in glaucoma detection, the Topcon 3D OCT-2000.
  • Macular Degeneration Testing and Treatment
Age Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD) is an eye disease that affects the portion of the eye responsible for processing fine detail and providing sharp central vision (called the macula).  There are now treatment options to prevent severe vision loss from ARMD.  Early detection is critical to prevent permanent vision loss.  There is even a genetic test available now to identify those patients that are at most risk in developing the more severe form or ARMD.
  • Eye Emergencies
Eye injuries range from the very minor such as getting soap in your eye, to the catastrophic such as chemical exposures or lacerations, which could result in permanent loss of vision. Find out when to seek immediate medical care.
  • LASIK Surgery Referrals
If you're ready for an alternative to glasses and/or contacts, LASIK may be the right solution for you!
  • Latisse
Try Latisse™  for longer, thicker lashes.
  • Low Vision
Low vision is the term used to describe reduced eyesight that cannot be fully corrected with eyeglasses, contact lenses or eye surgery. The primary causes of low vision are eye diseases, but low vision also can be inherited or caused by an eye or brain injury.
  • Sports and Specialty Eyewear Fitting
Sports eyewear can give you the performance edge you're seeking for just about any sport (tennis, racquetball, etc.) or recreational activity (hunting, fishing, etc.). It can also provide the safety and eye protection you need as well.
